500 seats. One tux. A vault nobody can open, and a door that only opens for you.
A lounge for the Horizen community. 500 seats. One tux.
A lounge for the Horizen community. A seat is 1 ZEN, and the ZEN never leaves: it sits in a contract you can read on Basescan, and you can leave with your share any time.
The picture is a flag for ZEN. The ZEN is verifiable. Nothing below needs a roadmap to be true.
1 ZEN per seat, pulled from your wallet by the contract. Every ZEN paid for a seat stays in the contract. Zero team cut. Zero free seats: the team pays 1 ZEN like you.
On every sale through a marketplace that honours ERC721-C, 5% of the price goes into the same contract, in whatever the sale was paid in. ETH, WETH, ZEN. The payee is the contract. Not a team wallet, not a royalty you can toggle off.
Burn your seat, take 97% of your share of every asset in the vault. The other 3% of each stays for whoever's left. Every exit makes the rest denser. The last seat takes 100%. One guard while seats are still for sale: leaving pays 0.97 ZEN flat and nothing else, so nobody can mint at 1 and leave for more the same minute; the full share unlocks the moment the room is complete.
The host is Rob. Physicist, Air Force, PhD in finance, co-founder, and tonight the man behind the counter. He has been pouring since block 110,000 and remembers every regular. He does not remember their names. That is the house style.
Holders only. One post and one reply per seat per week, written to the chain, never erased. The last thirty are here; the whole wall is a room of its own.
A seat is 1 ZEN. 500 seats. Move seats taken, fees collected, and exits. The math is the contract's math. Fees arrive in whatever a sale was paid in; the calculator shows them as ZEN-equivalent for one number.
Gas not included. Floor can sit under leave value; ceiling is culture. Sellout vault starts at 500 ZEN.
500 seats, same black tux, four walls of one lounge. 40×40 hard pixels, drawn to survive the 40px circle on X. You recognize the lounge because they all wear the jacket, and nobody can tell who's who.
Every part the 500 are drawn from, at the collection's own odds, every rule the collection keeps. Lock what you like, roll the rest. Yours is drawn by the block the moment you sit down.
A study, not a seat. Seats stay sealed until taken. See the 500 →
These are laws, not features. A ✓ means the law is written; nothing is deployed or verified yet. When the contract is live on Base, each row links to the line of source that enforces it.
No function sends anything in the vault to an owner, multisig, or "treasury for building." Not ZEN, not ETH, not any listed token. The only outbound path is leaving.
No upgrade path that could add a withdraw later. Owner renounced before mint.
The token is ERC721-C: it only accepts sales that pay the 5%, and the payee is the vault itself, not a wallet. Paid in whatever the sale was paid in. Enforced on OpenSea and every marketplace on the same standard. A sale on a venue that ignores the standard, or a wallet-to-wallet gift, adds nothing to the vault. We say so here rather than pretend otherwise.
The vault always holds ZEN and ETH, and WETH from day one. Any other token can be added to the payout list by anyone, once the contract already holds a real amount of it. Eight slots. No owner, no vote, no sweep, no removal.
Delivered the way the contract promises — on-chain renderer or frozen metadata. Picked once, kept.
Promised above. Published here, before mint, so anyone can count the team's seats.
Leaving pays 97% while others remain. The final seat takes 100% of every asset left. Nothing is stranded, ever.
No dutch. No stages. One ZEN in, 100% to the vault. Max 5 per wallet at mint.
No free mints, no reserved tokens, no allowlist. Anyone on the team buys at 1 ZEN in the public mint, capped at 5 like everyone. Deploy gas comes out of the deployer's own wallet and is never reimbursed. Those wallet addresses are published here before mint.
To take a seat, your wallet shows these four lines and you sign them. The signature goes in the mint. The full text lives inside the contract, and its hash is printed here so you never have to trust this page to know what you signed. Once per wallet. Smart wallets sign through ERC-1271.
After you sign, you may write one line on your seat. Whoever buys it later can add theirs beneath. Lines are stored in the contract, shown on the seat in the room, and kept on the empty seat if you ever leave. Nothing is ever erased.
Near it, once the room is complete. Leaving then pays 0.97 × NAV minus gas, so the rational floor sits just under NAV. Say "near," not "equal." On Base the gas part is close to nothing. While seats are still for sale, leaving pays 0.97 ZEN flat: the fees that lift NAV (names, X links, royalties) wait for the sellout, so nobody can pump them out by minting and leaving.
People from the Horizen team, building it for the community. They take seats in the public mint at 1 ZEN like everyone else, capped at 5, and their wallet addresses go on the Laws grid before mint so anyone can count.
Because that is where ZEN lives now: the ERC-20 on Base since the July 2025 migration. Marketplaces, the ERC721-C validator and the community's wallets are all already there. The contract address and the ZEN token address will sit side by side on this page.
Whatever the 5% arrived in. Marketplace sales on Base settle in ETH or WETH, so those land in the contract too. When you leave you get 97% of your share of each asset, in one transaction. The site shows one ZEN-equivalent number for convenience and the per-asset balances next to it. The contract never prices one asset in another.
Then you leave and take your ZEN. The vault works even if the picture is worthless. That is the honesty. The picture still has to earn its place on your profile.
Whoever deploys, from a personal wallet, and it is not paid back. There is no allocation to cover it. The deployer's address is published on this page before mint.
No. There is a contract. Everything it can do is on this page.
Because the X avatar is 40px. Every pixel you see at mint is the pixel you wear. 24 couldn't hold two skulls and a cigar; 64 lies when downscaled.
No. Every seat wears the same tux. Every trait option has the same odds at mint; there are no tiers and no non-human types. Anything rare will be earned on-chain after mint, not rolled.
A lounge has a door. 10,000 is a nightclub with no bouncer. 500 seats is the door. It is also what it once took to run a super node.
Because it is a number the whole community can say out loud. Sellout is 500 ZEN in the vault, 100% of mint. If you don't want the picture, you leave and take your ZEN.
Yes. "Seat #042" becomes "John #042" for 0.1 ZEN, and the 0.1 goes into the pool, so every name raises NAV for everyone still sitting. Rename whenever you like, 0.1 each. The number never changes and is always shown, so two Johns are told apart. The name stays with the seat if you sell it; the buyer can rename. Letters, digits, spaces and a few marks, 20 bytes.
So you can see one on X and know it's this lounge, and so nobody can tell who's who. Forty outfits make a trait menu. One tux makes a masked ball. Four hats and a pocket square are as far as the dress code bends.
